Telehealth anywhere in the country, or in person in West Lake Hills
Bring your questions. Leave with a plan.
Most consults happen over telehealth, so you can do this from anywhere in the country. Some people prefer to come into the clinic in West Lake Hills. Either works.

What happens in a consult
You talk, we listen
The whole appointment is about your health, not a rushed checklist.
You ask questions and get real answers
In plain language, without the jargon and without being talked past.
You leave with a plan
A written plan of action and something measurable, so you can tell whether it's working.
If anything needs follow-up, we say so
Labs, a recheck, a referral — we tell you what and why, so nothing is left vague.
What people come in to talk about
- Weight
- Inflammation
- Liver & gallbladder
- Brain health
- Mood & energy
- Gut & digestion
- Hormones
- Sleep
- Stress
That's what comes up most. Tell us what's actually going on and we'll start there.
“I'm humbled every time someone wants to talk through their health with me. It's a bigger honor to actually help.”
Jonathan Mendoza, DC, RN, FNP‑C
Already have labs?
If you've had bloodwork done recently, send it over before your appointment so we can read it beforehand. Optional — plenty of people come in without any.
- Haven't had labs done? See how to order labs.
- Have labs and mainly want them explained? A lab review is a different, cheaper appointment, and for some people it's exactly the right one.

“My visit with Nurse Doza was the best experience I've ever had with a dr. He takes time to listen and explain things and works out a plan to fit your needs. He's very knowledgeable and I highly recommend him!”

Frequently asked
Is this online or in person?
Either. Most consults happen over telehealth, so you can do this from anywhere in the country. If you'd rather come into the clinic in West Lake Hills, book the in-person option instead — the appointment itself is the same conversation.
What should I bring?
Your questions first. If you have recent bloodwork, send it over ahead of your appointment so we can read it beforehand. A list of anything you're currently taking is helpful too.
Do I need labs before booking?
No. Plenty of people come in without any. If you'd like bloodwork done first, you can order labs and bring the results to your consult.
What if I mainly want my existing labs explained?
Then a lab review may be the better appointment — it's a shorter, cheaper visit focused on reading your results with you. If you want a broader conversation and a plan, book the consult.
Do you take insurance?
We don't take insurance. All visits are cash-pay — credit and debit cards, HSA, FSA, and cash accepted. Payment is due at the time of your visit.
What happens after the appointment?
You leave with a written plan of action and something measurable to track. If we've agreed on labs, a recheck, or a referral, you'll know exactly what that is and why before you go.
