We've partnered with Superpower for bloodwork: a wide panel, a quick draw, and results that are yours to keep. Then bring them to us and we'll go through them together.

They handle the draw

Roughly 2,000 Quest locations nationwide, or an at-home draw in some areas for an extra cost. The draw itself takes about five to ten minutes.

It's a wide panel

Covers heart, liver, kidney, thyroid, sex hormones, nutrients, metabolic, autoimmune and other categories — far more than a standard physical.

You own the results

Results land in their app in about a week. You can upload past labs too, so everything sits in one place. Bring them to us, your primary care doctor, or anyone else.

Ordering

Do I have to use Superpower?
No. Bring labs from anywhere — your primary care doctor, a hospital system, another testing service, or a panel you had done two years ago. Superpower is just what most people use because it's wide and easy to book.
What does it cost?
Superpower sets and updates their own pricing — check their page for the current rate. Our lab review is separate; you can see the current rate when you book.
Where do I get my blood drawn?
Superpower uses Quest locations across the country, and offers an at-home draw in some areas for an added cost. You book it through their app after joining.
Is it available where I live?
Coverage varies by state. Their site has the current list.
How do I actually book the draw?
You join first, then schedule through their app.
What about insurance, HSA, or FSA?
We don't take insurance. All visits are cash-pay — credit and debit cards, HSA, FSA, and cash accepted. Superpower handles its own billing; if you're wondering whether their membership works with your HSA or FSA, check with them directly.

The blood draw

How should I prepare?
Superpower sends prep instructions when you book — generally hydration, loose sleeves, and fasting beforehand. Follow whatever they send you; it's specific to the panel.
What's the draw actually like?
A standard blood draw. Superpower says it takes about five to ten minutes.
How long until I get results?
Superpower says about a week, delivered in their app.
Can I test more than once a year?
Their membership includes an annual panel with additional testing available. Details are on their site.

After your results

What do I do once results come back?
Book a lab review. We go through them line by line, in plain language — what each marker measures, where yours sit, and how it lines up with what you've actually been experiencing.
Do I need a lab review to order labs?
No. They're separate. Most people do both, but you can order a panel and never speak to us.
What if my labs came from somewhere else?
Bring them. It doesn't matter where they're from or how old they are.
Does this replace my primary care doctor?
No, and it isn't meant to. Your results are yours — share them with your physician, your specialist, anyone. We're an extra set of eyes, not a replacement for your regular care.
What happens after the review?
You'll have a clear picture of your results and a short list of next steps. There's no obligation to book anything else.
